Companies registered in Hong Kong
   
1. Certificate of Business Registration
2. Certificate of Incorporation
3. D1-Notification of First Secretary and Director
4. D2-Notification of Changes of Secretary and Director or in their particulars (if any)
5. D3-Consent to Act as a Director
6. SC1-disclosure of shareholders
7. Latest Annual Return (if any)
8. Instrument of Transfer, Sold Note & Bought Note (if any)
9. Memorandum and Articles of Association
10. Identification documents of all directors who form the quorum and other authorized signors
11. Identification documents of shareholders having more than 10% shareholdings ( we do not accept bearer shareholding )
   
All copies of the above documents must be certified as true by the Bank or a Solicitor or Certified Public Accountant.
 
Companies registered overseas (excluding tax-haven countries)
   
1. Certificate of Incorporation
2. Memorandum & Articles of Association or Bylaws
3. List of directors and shareholders (Annual Return to Company Registry or Company Search can be acceptable)
4. Identification documents of all directors who form the quorum and other authorized signors
5. Letter of introduction from customer's domicile banker.
6. Identification documents of shareholders having more than 10% shareholdings ( we do not accept bearer shareholding )
   
All copies of the above documents must be certified as true by the notary public and have to be further legalized.
If the documents are in foreign language, they must be translated by official translator into English or Chinese.
 
P.S.How to legalize the copies
   
Either
to request State Government to issue Apostille to attest the said notarized copies.
OR
have the notarized copies to be further attested by Chinese Embassy if the country is not the Hague Conference country member.
 
Companies registered in tax-haven countries (e.g. BVI)
   
1. Certificate of Incorporation
2. Certificate of Incumbency
3. Memorandum and Articles of Association
4. Certificate of Good Standing
5. Identification documents of all directors who form the quorum and other authorized signors
6. Identification documents of shareholders having more than 10% shareholdings. (We do not accept bearer shareholding)
   
All copies of the above documents must be certified as true by the Bank or a Solicitor or Certified Public Accountant.
